Serena Williams has been playing tennis since age three and now at age 33, she holds the most major singles, doubles and mixed doubles titles combined among active players, male and female. A certified nail technician, the No. 1 tennis player in the world sports an all white Nike Tennis outfit and custom Chase blue nail polish in the new TV commercial where she takes a break from practice to talk about the hard work and dedication it took to master the sport of tennis.

“I’ve gotten so much advice. The best advice that I’ve gotten early on is from Billie Jean King, she told me ‘Pressure is a privilege.’ Throughout my career that’s been able to help me a lot. I’ve been under a lot of pressure, but every time I feel it I just say it’s a privilege to be under this pressure,” she says during the segment.

“It takes a lot of hard work to be the best, to be a champion. For me, I have to get used to doing things over and over. I think that’s what creates the greatest. Its just repetition. I never stop until I get it right. Tennis especially is a real mental game. You have to challenge yourself, you have to be able to come up with a lot of different answers at different times.

“I feel really lucky to do what I love. I mean you grow up dreaming of becoming and doing what you want to do and I feel like anyone can reach their dreams if they never give up. If you believe in you and you try and you just keep going through thick and thin you can do what I can do. I just keep trying. I just never stop”
